I was promoted to Design Lead after three months due to the quality of my technical 3D and art direction abilities.
I have led the Design team (3D Artists, 2D Designers, Video and SFX Editors), ensuring award-winning quality across all production, and that the team has a low turnover and each designer has an individual growth/development plan for the future. My work was also hands-on whenever there was a need for an experienced 3D Designer.

I am actively working as a Freelancer for various clients. I am working with agencies in NL . I create 3D ads, interactive experiences, XR, CGI movies and provide Art Direction services. Due to the diversity of my previous fulltime experience, I had the chance to grow my soft and hard skills in various platforms and software, and I am able to work on a diverse range of projects.

As a 3D Modeling Inspector I have been part of the TurboSquid 3D Branch, with my Blender, 3ds Max, Maya and C4D technical expertise. Tweaking and certifying assets to meet technical standards to be later used in games, ads and movies. Working in this position for the largest 3D Model marketplace, many of the certified 3D movie & game-ready assets that are now for sale have passed through my hands. I have also been a mentor for my colleagues regarding the technical aspects of 3D software.

As an Architect of Studio Romoli, I have worked in Rome to revitalize the individual living standards of the city. I was in charge of concept design, technical design and 3D Archviz Rendering. I fell in love with the professional 3D work and decided to pursue this.
I also have taken part in the marketing presentations of the company and the client
discussions. and I was involved from conception to final product.
